An online booking system built for trips
Direct bookings, inquiries, pax breakdowns, and flexible payment options โ all in one dashboard. Free to start.
How bookings work
Direct booking or inquiry
Customers either book straight from the trip page or send an inquiry โ both land in your dashboard, nothing gets lost in email or DMs.
Pax breakdown pricing
Bookings capture exactly how many Adults, Children, etc. at the unit price that applied at the time โ accurate records even if pricing changes later.
Departure date selection
Customers pick from the departure dates you've published for that trip โ no back-and-forth to confirm availability.
Online, offline, or partial payment
Accept full online payment via your own Stripe/Razorpay (Pro), let customers reserve and "Pay on Spot" (Free), or collect a deposit now with the rest due later (Pro).
Confirmation built in
Customers get a confirmation page and email automatically after booking โ no manual follow-up required on your end.
Everything in one dashboard
Every booking and inquiry is listed, filterable, exportable to CSV, and searchable โ not scattered across WhatsApp and email.
Free to start
Offline bookings included free. Upgrade for your own online payment gateway and partial payments.

What is an online booking system?
An online booking system lets customers reserve a trip or tour directly from your website โ selecting a departure date, number of travelers, and paying (or arranging payment) โ instead of manually coordinating every booking over phone or WhatsApp.
Can customers pay online, or only offline?
Both are supported. Free plan sites can take "Pay on Spot" bookings (reserve online, pay in person). Pro plan sites can additionally accept real online payments through your own connected Stripe or Razorpay account.
Can I offer partial payments or deposits?
Yes, on the Pro plan โ customers can pay a deposit now and the remaining balance later, with automatic reminders.
Do inquiries and bookings show up in one place?
Yes โ both land in the same dashboard, so nothing gets missed across different channels.
